周日（2009年1月18号）收到加拿大联邦技术移民悉尼 CIU 的补料信（reference number），基本上10天就发补料信（中间还有圣诞节），速度快的吓人，这就显得来回邮寄耽误的时间相对有点长。没准备ys的要注意了。
另外，如果227之前递交的在38大类之中的，可以考虑先考雅思，然后看情况撤案重申了，当然如果对速度要求不是很高也可以看看情况再做打算。
客户一：2008年12月9号从北京寄出（EMS），CIU 2008年12月19日收到材料，档案号时间2008年12月29 号，VO 为 JT；2009年1月6号CIU签发补料信并从加拿大寄出（同时转往北京使馆），2009年1月18号到北京。
从 12.19-12.29 只有十天时间。
客户二：2008年12月10号从北京寄出（EMS），CIU 2008年12月22日收到材料，档案号时间2008年12月29 号，VO 没看出来：:（；2009年1月6号CIU签发补料信并从加拿大寄出（同时转往北京使馆），2009年1月18号到北京。
从 12.22-12.29 只有七天时间。
CIU 补料信大致内容：
Please note that your file has already been transferred to the above visa office. Any future correspondence will be with that visa office. Your reference number is located in the top right hand corner of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence. A receipt for the application fees submitted is also enclosed. If you submitted original supporting documents, these are being returned to you and are enclosed as you may be required to submit these with your full application.
NOTE: You must inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth of a child, marriage, new occupation or employer, etc) when submitting your full application. Please include a letter identifying what the changes are. You have 120 days from the date of this letter to prepare and submit these forms and supporting documentation. If your full application is not received within this time, we will assume you are no longer interested in immigrating to Canada and we will close your file. Documents must be submitted in a SINGLE package. Do not submit any documents until you have prepared the entire package. We will make a decision on your application on the basis of the documents you provide at that time.
