变化二：SOL列表会在2010年年中更新，下半年实施并取消当前的优先处理列表（CSL），2010年年中前受理的csl不受影响。

变化三：对于 offshore GSM ，对于2007年9月1号前的申请会出台配额数量，当满足最大数额之后，其他申请将被退回。
On 8 February 2010, the minister announced he would set a maximum number of offshore GSM visa applications made before 1 September 2007 that could be granted. Once this number is reached, any applications awaiting a decision will not be considered
and the application returned to the applicant or their authorised recipient. These applications will be taken not to have been made.
变化四：2010年4月30日会公布新的SOL在年中会开始执行新的评分体系2010年内会公布，在3月中旬后新的优先处理顺序：

优先处理签证类别的变化从2010年2月8日生效，并适用于还没有结案的申请
非担保，非优先职业的申请至少需要3年时间 offshore 申请非担保，非优先职业的申请至少需要2年时间 onshore 申请计算机紧缺职业的申请人受理优先级仅次于CSL位于第四。
