ICAA 澳洲特许会计师协会评估的资格要求
* 最低学历相当于澳洲学士学位学历，以及这个职业要求的足够的专业知识要求。
* 在专业领域的实践经验不能等同于正规教育。
Please note that practical experience in a core knowledge area is not accepted as an alternative to formal tertiary study.
1. ICAA 澳洲特许会计师协会课程要求，最少 9 门核心课程
Suitable applicants for migration purposes are required to have adequate coverage in at least 9 of the 12 core knowledge areas. These are:
* 会计系统和流程 Accounting Systems and Processes
* 公司会计和报告 Corporate Accounting and Reporting
* 会计理论 Accounting Theory (Professional and Regulatory Processes)
* 成本会计和管理会计 Cost and Management Accounting
* 公司理财 Corporate Finance
* 审计和认证 Auditing and Assurance
* 法律和商业法概论 Introduction to Law and Commercial Law
* 澳洲公司法 Australian Corporations Law
* 澳洲税法 Australian Taxation Law
* 信息系统设计与开发 Information Systems Design and Development
* 经济学（宏观和微观）Economics (micro and macro)
* 定量法 Quantitative Methods.
一个多学期可以学完这个知识领域（In some knowledge areas more than one semester subject is needed to achieve adequate coverage and depth of knowledge in the area）。
2. 已经被认证的海外会计师机构的会员符合移民的目的。
Members of recognised overseas accounting bodies - current members of these professional bodies will, in general, be assessed as suitable for migration purposes.
3. 部分被认证的海外会计师的会员符合移民的目的。
Current members of partially recognised overseas accounting bodies will, in general, be assessed as suitable for migration purposes.
4. 海外高等会计资格条件-所有的海外高等会计认证要单独评估，评估结果由个人的证书水平和所修课程内容而定。
Tertiary accounting qualifications obtained overseas - all tertiary qualifications obtained overseas are assessed individually, and the outcome of the assessment will depend on the level of the qualification as well as the coverage and content of subjects studied
注 1：移民评估核心知识标准的改变（Changes to core knowledge criteria for migration assessment）
申请者被要求必须提供完成12门核心课程中的9门课程的所有证明。
Applicants for migration assessment are required to provide evidence in relation to the satisfactory completion of 9 out of 12 core knowledge areas.
2007年9月1日，ICAA 协会更新了公司法和税法的核心知识标准。这两门知识已不是国家特有的了，申请者可以提供在海外完成这些知识的证明。
On 1 September 2007, the Institute updated the core knowledge criteria of Corporations’ Law and Taxation Law. Both core knowledge areas are now non-country specific. Applicants can now provide evidence of these areas from overseas degree programs.
注 2：
I. 对注会项目感兴趣的非澳洲学位或者资格条件或非澳洲会计学位毕业生，可以通过澳洲大学进一步完成他们的学习。至少海外毕业生要知道澳洲税法和澳洲公司法。其他的任何一个科目在评估时都会被考虑到。
Applicants with a non-Australian degree or qualification or Australian graduates with a non-accounting degree who are interested in undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program must have their qualifications assessed and complete further study through an Australian university. As a minimum, overseas graduates will need to do Australian Taxation and Australian Corporations Law. Any other subjects required will be determined and advised as part of the assessment.

A number of accredited graduate conversion courses are available through Australian universities to applicants with overseas qualifications. These courses vary in mode of delivery and fees payable. Please contact the universities directly to enquire about the cost and availability of these courses.
The following list of accredited bridging subjects indicates Australian Corporations Law, Australian Taxation Law and Auditing subjects available at each institution. Please contact the Institute’s Qualifications team on 1300 137 322 for further enquiries about any other subjects specified in your assessment.
II. SMIPA 适用于在澳洲至少学习2年获得澳洲会计资格条件并且持有485毕业签证的海外学生。
The Skilled Migration Internship Program - Accounting（SMIPA） is available to all overseas students who have obtained an Australian accounting qualification as a result of at least two years study in Australia and hold a 485 Graduate visa.
中国的 degree awards 和 academic transcripts 必须通过 Vocational Educational Training and Assessment Services (VETASSESS) 的认证，并且把认证通知送达 ICAA 以继续评估。

Full members of fully and partially recognised accounting bodies（见上面） must submit:
1. 良好信誉证明信 （推荐信有效时间据评估申请日期不超过3个月）
Letter of good standing.It should be no more than three months old from the date of application.
2.会员证书 Membership certificate
3.考试成绩单 Examination results/mark sheets(including corresponding paper names)
4.简历 Current CV or brief employment history
5.雇主推荐信 Letter(s) of reference from employer(s)(members of MICPA only)
（第三类） 其他专业会计条件 Other professional accounting qualifications
其他海外专业协会的的成员必须提供审核的细节，进协会的经验，会员身份的良好品质证明或者是不再是会员的解释。
Members of other overseas professional associations must provide full details of the examinations; experience undertaken for entry to the association; and a letter of good standing confirming the currency of membership or an explanation as to why membership is no longer current if this is the case.

ICAA 澳洲特许会计师协会评估费用
395澳币，评估时间公布评估周期的一半 AUD $395 (GST Free) - Your assessment will be completed in half the advertised processing time
350澳币，评估时间公布评估周期 AUD $350 (GST Free) - Your assessment will be completed within the advertised time
ICAA 澳洲特许会计师协会评估收取手续费项目
* 评估开始前可以撤销评估，收取50澳币手续费，开始后不可撤消。
* 如果超出AEI-NOOSR颁发的指导范围， ICAA 会发一封转案介绍信，并且收取50澳币手续费。
ICAA 澳洲特许会计师协会评估复审费：100澳币
如果丢了 ICAA Assessment result 或其他原因需要重新发放一张，需要 25 澳币。
支付方式：
* 支票或国际银行汇票 Cheque or international bank draft (payable to The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia). The cheque must be payable on an Australian bank in Australian dollars.
* 信用卡 AMEX, VISA or Mastercard (please fill in the relevant section of the application form)
* 澳洲邮政汇票 Australia Post money orders
