FLYabroad 澳洲兽医行业联合会 AVBC 评估机构介绍
澳洲兽医行业联合会 AVBC (Australasian Veterinary Boards Council Inc) 是澳洲兽医资格的评估机构也是澳洲是移民和公民部指定的兽医职业(Veterinarian ASCO 2392-11）移民评估机构。
AVBC 的技术移民资格评估有两种方式：
1. 符合条件的话（下面介绍的一 和 二）可以直接向 AVBC 递交移民资格评估（通过递交评估表格及相关证明材料）；
2. 通过 AVBC 的澳洲国家兽医考试（NVE），考试通过后就具有了移民资格。
如果要在澳洲注册并从事兽医工作需要符合下面三种情况中的一种或几种：
一、 在澳洲或新西兰获得了兽医资格（have obtained your primary veterinary qualifications in Australia or NZ）
如果在澳洲或新西兰大学完成了兽医专业的本科学位，就可以直接到 AVBC 注册并执业。
澳洲被认可的兽医专业大学包括：墨尔本大学（维多利亚州），昆士兰大学，悉尼大学（新南威尔士州）和默多克大学（西澳大利亚）。一年培养大概 260 个兽医人才。
如果在澳洲或新西兰获得了兽医资格的申请者打算移民澳洲需要向 AVBC 递交移民资格评估申请。
二、 从下列某个机构兽医专业毕业的申请者经 AVBC 评估后不需要考试就符合注册要求（be eligible to apply for registration without further examination, or）
· 美国兽医协会(AVMA) 所认可的兽医学校并通过北美兽医师执业资格试（an American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) accredited veterinary school AND you have passed the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination）；
· 英国和南非的通过英国皇家外科兽医学院（RCVS）认可的兽医学校（a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited veterinary school in United Kindgom and South Africa; or）；
· 在英国皇家外科兽医学院（RCVS）注册并通过 RCVS 考试（you have been registered with the RCVS by passing the RCVS examination）；
· 通过美国或加拿大的外国兽医毕业生的资格认证（you have successfully completed the Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) examinations (in USA or Canada) ）；
如果兽医资格在以上被认可机构取得（your primary qualification was obtained via）则可以直接到 AVBC 注册并职业，如果打算移民澳洲需要向 AVBC 递交移民资格评估申请。
三、 成功通过 AVBC 的 NVE 考试（have successfully completed the National Veterinary Examination）
如果不符合上面两种情况，则需要通过 AVBC 的 NVE 考试才有资格在澳洲注册兽医，同时如果他们打算移民不需要再向 AVBC 递交移民资格评估申请，因为 NVE 考试后就同时获得了 AVBC 的移民资格认可。（Successful completion of the NVE will also enable the AVBC Inc to provide a skill assessment for the purpose of migration for the nominated profession of veterinary science.）
AVBC 兽医移民申请资格评估
AVBC 移民资格评估的基本流程是申请者填写 AVBC 的移民资格评估表（Application for Assessment of Veterinary Science Qualifications Immediately Acceptable to Veterinary Registration Boards in Australia (for migration purposes)），将表格和费用递交到 AVBC 大约 6 周就可以出结果。
注：只有符合上面
一、
二 情况的申请者才可以直接申请 AVBC 的移民资格评估，对于通过 NVE 考试的申请者不需要再次申请 AVBC 移民资格评估及具有移民资格。
兽医移民申请评估清单：
1. 学位及文凭证书 your degree, diploma or certificate in the original language and translation if required
2. 兽医执业注册或许可证明 evidence of your original and current registration or licence to practice
3. 澳洲当前的注册证明 evidence of your current registration in Australia
4. 曾用名证明 evidence of change of name (where applicable)
5. 护照 relevant pages from your passport or travel document showing passport number, photograph and signature
6. 所有证明的翻译件 translations into English of any documents above which are issued in languages other than English attached to the documents to which they refer (extract translations will not be accepted)
7. 英语能力证明 evidence of a pass in the academic level of IELTS with a minimum score of Band 7 in all sections or a B pass in all four sections of the OET (if not a native speaker of English born and educated in the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, New Zealand or South Africa, including graduates from Australian veterinary schools)
8. 工作或实践经验证明 evidence of professional experience from graduation to present. If you are a recent graduate please provide two references from veterinary work experience employers or veterinary clinical lecturers
AVBC 国家兽医考试（NVE）
如参加 NVE 考试须先通过资格评估，其资格评估参考标准（eligibility criteria）如下：
A. 持有世界兽医目录（World Veterinary Directory）之中兽医学校所颁发的至少四年制的学位或毕业文凭；或世界大学名录（World List of Universities）中的学院或大学；或美国兽医学会AVMA（American Veterinary Medicine Association ）所列的世界兽医学院；
B. 在所在国家有兽医注册、许可资格（be registered, licensed or eligible to be recognised as a veterinarian of good standing in the country in which you studied or worked）。
国家兽医考试 NVE 考试程序：
•资格评估 （Eligibility Assessment）
•英语能力要求（雅思学术类单项7分，职业英语考试OET须B级或以上）
•预备考试 （Preliminary Examination）–即多项选择考试 MCQ （written multiple-choice question examination）:
通过资格评估并达到英语能力要求才有资格参加预备考试(MCQ)：预备考试于每年3月和9月份的第一周举行（申请截止日期分别为12月1日和7月1日），但是目前9月份的那场考试仅在澳洲设有考点，3月 份的考试在澳洲之外设有考点（以前的考点有布鲁塞尔，开罗，香港，伦敦，新德里，利雅得和德黑兰）；必须在英语成绩的有效期内参加预备考试(MCQ)。
通过预备考试(MCQ)之后，可以在澳洲的某些州或地区申请有限登记（limited registration）. 也可以申请澳洲兽医协会AVA（Australian Veterinary Association）会员资格的特定范畴获取有关临 床考试的一些信息。
•最终考试 （Final Examination）– 临床考试 （Clinical Examination）:
通过NVE预备考试(MCQ)并达到英语能力要求才有资格参加NVE最终临床考试（考试时间为4到5天）；于每年的11月份在澳洲兽医学校（Australian veterinary school）举行，申请截止日期为9月1日。 预备考试(MCQ)通过后的5年内须参加最终考试（临床考试）；临床考试参加2次均未通过，如再想参加须得到考试委员会（Board of Examiners）的许可，证明参考人的兽医知识和经验都有了提高。通 过国家兽医考试NVE之后会颁发一份证书：持此证书就可以在任何澳大利亚兽医注册局（Australian Veterinary Surgeons' Registration Board）申请注册。
NVE考试地点备注说明：
海外申请人可在海外就近选择NVE预备考试和英语考试的考点，在澳洲的话各州或地区及一些较大的省中心都设有考点；NVE最终临床考试仅在澳洲举行，海外申请人可以申请一个临时签证（temporary visa）到澳洲参加该考试。
