澳大利亚心理学协会 APS（Australian Psychological Society）是澳洲移民部指定的心理学家（Psychologist）评估机构，负责对海外心理学家技术移民职业进行评估。APS 的评估结果不仅适用于移民同样适用于入学和工作。
APS 评估的适应情况：
* 澳洲技术移民申请 Migrate to Australia under the General Skilled Migration Categories;
* 在澳洲注册心理学家或从事心理学家的工作 Register or work as a psychologist in Australia; or
* 申请澳洲大学的心理学课程 Enter accredited psychology courses in Australian universities.
APS 负责评估的心理学职业包括：
临床心理学家 Psychologist – Clinical Psychologist 2514-11 APS
教育心理学家 Psychologist – Educational Psychologist 2514-13 APS
组织心理学家 Psychologist – Organisational Psychologist 2514-15 APS
心理学家（nec） Psychologist – Psychologists (nec) 2514-79 APS
APS 澳洲心理学家职业评估基本要求：
至少四年的全日制心理学专业本科学历或三年制心理学专业学位之后再读一年的心理学荣誉课程（a three-year degree followed by an Honours program in psychology）；再加上两年受督导的实践经验或两年心理学专业学习（即连续六年的心理学学习经历）。没有对语言的明确要求。
请注意海外心理学家技术移民申请人须拥有相当于 APS 认定合格的连续六年全日制心理学学习经历。
Please note that people seeking to migrate under the General Skilled Migration categories must have completed the equivalent of an APS accredited six-year programme of study in psychology.
假如 APS 认定你符合移民条件，移民之后仍需要在澳洲申请注册，经注册委员会接受成为心理学家方可从事该职业。申请人的海外学历必须经过APS评估确认其心理学学习的内容与APS的要求相符。
The APS will assess the level that the applicant's qualifications are equivalent to in Australia by considering them against local accredited psychology qualifications.
澳洲海外心理学家技术移民评估材料清单：
１.本科及研究生阶段所有的成绩单，学历证书
Originally certified copies of transcripts and completion certificates for all undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in psychology；
２.心理学组织会员资格证明（如果有的话） A certified copy of evidence of membership of psychology organisations (if relevant)；
３.心理学家注册或许可证明 A certified copy of evidence of licensure/registration as a psychologist (if relevant)；
４.论文/研究项目/dissertation证明 A certified copy of your thesis/research project/dissertation details (if relevant)；
５.结婚证书或曾用名证明 A certified copy of a marriage certificate or change of name documentation (if relevant)。
APS 评估费用：
澳洲心理学家评估费用（评估目的不同相应的费用也不一样，下面所提供的费用适用于2008年6月1日至2009年5月31日）：
Ａ．澳洲境内的心理学家移民申请评估费用：$850.00 (includes GST)
Ｂ．澳洲境外的心理学家移民申请评估费用：$772.73 (GST free)
Ｃ．澳洲注册费用： $772.73 (GST free)
Ｄ．在澳洲从事心理学家工作：$772.73 (GST free) Employment
Ｅ．升入澳洲的大学学习心理学课程：$575.00 (GST free) Entry to an Australian accredited tertiary course in psychology
付款方式：支票（cheque）, 国际银行汇票（international bank draft）, Visa, MasterCard or 运通卡（AMEX）。
APS 评估周期：大约八周（eight weeks）。如果对评估结果有异议的话，可以邮件，传真或电话的方式提出复审。
APS 评估有效期 10 年（The Statement of Psychology Qualifications you are issued by the APS is valid for ten (10) years from the date of the letter），但是对于移民来说 APS 评估结果的有效期要看移民部的具体规定（暂时没看到特别规定）。
备注：如果在评估通过之后的6个月内申请成为 APS 会员且符合要求成为会员的话，可免收申请费。
If you apply for APS membership within six months of the assessment and are accepted, no application processing fee is charged.
